[Heymeal] Vegetable & Mushroom Dumplings 420g

Enjoy the rich flavor of shiitake mushrooms and wood ear mushrooms stuffed with a mixture of onions, chives, cabbage, and tofu. It's delicious when grilled crispy in a frying pan or steamed.

It has zero trans fat and cholesterol and contains 34g of protein per serving.

Cooking Instruction
❉ Place the frozen dumplings into the air fryer basket. Spray generously with oil, making sure to get all the sides. Air fry the frozen dumplings for approx. 13-15 minutes at 370F.
❉Pour an appropriate amount of water into the steamer and boil. Place the dumplings in, cover, and steam on medium to medium high heat for 7-8 minutes

만두 자체의 크기가 작은데 속은 엄청 꽉차있는 알찬 만두네요,
속 재료도 신선하고 간도 적당해서 에어프라이기에 돌려서 먹으니 정말 맛있네요.

헤이밀 채소송송 비건만두는 다른 시판 만두와는 달리 속재료를 갈지않고 송송 썰어 넣어 식감이 굉장히 좋더라고요!
양파 양배추 두부 부추 표고버섯 마늘 등 식물성 단백질 함량도 높은편이고 비건만두라 그런지 느끼함 없이 특유의 깔끔함이 느껴지네요.
야채의 향과 풍미도 살아 있고요. 떡만둣국 으로도 너무 맛있고 바삭바삭하게 즐기려면 오일 넉넉히 두른 팬프라이가 가장 맛있지만 가벼우면서도 맛있게 먹으려고 에어프라이어에 조리해봤는데 기름을 적게 먹어서 고소하고 만두피 두께감도 적당해서 터지지않고 바삭바삭 속은 촉촉하게 너무 맛있게 되었어요!
고기없이 식물성 비건 만두라서 가벼운맛이나 뭔가 빠진듯한 맛이 날까 했었는데 헤이밀 제품 먹어보니 이젠 고기만두만 고집할 필요가 전혀 없어지는 풍부한 맛이에요!
